The .NET Framework 4.5.x/4.6.x is not supported on this operating system.
This message typically indicates that Windows 7 SP1 is not installed. On Windows 7 systems, the .NET Framework requires Windows 7 SP1. If you are on Windows 7 and have not yet installed Service Pack 1, you will need to do so before installing the .NET Framework. Alternatively, you can install Windows 7 SP1 using the Offline installer.
- windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe: installs Sp1 to a 32-bit machine running Windows 7.

Other Errors
Install the .NET Framework v4.6.2 using the offline installer.
