Open Event viewer and send us any errors using these instructions:
Click the Start button.
Click Control Panel .
Click System and Maintenance .
Click Administrative Tools .
Double-click Event Viewer .
Go to Windows Logs, Application and search for any errors with Source that is .NET Framework right before or after dslrBooth.
Copy the error and email it in response to your open ticket.
