You can view and manage your subscriptions for dslrBooth, LumaBooth, LumaShare, hashPrinter and fotoShare cloud at fotoShare.co. Managing your account may involve considerations such as account transfers and email changes to ensure uninterrupted access to your data. Updating the email address associated with your FotoShare or LumaBooth account may be restricted in certain scenarios, such as entering the wrong email (a typo) during account creation or losing access to the original email. Be aware of any restrictions when making necessary updates. Photo booth services can be reactivated, or devices switched, by following detailed steps available in the product sections below.

After logging in, go to Subscriptions from the menu on the left. If you do not have an account, please create one. If you need to update your email address, you can do so by navigating to Account Settings within your account. This helps preserve your existing files and subscriptions. To troubleshoot account access issues, ensure your email is up-to-date or reset your password through the login page.

Troubleshooting Email-Related Issues

  1. Typo in Account Email Address

    • Verify if a separate account exists under the correct email.

    • Cancel subscriptions tied to the typo account, then apply the subscription to the correct account.

    • Use the correct email to sign in and delete the typo account from FotoShare.co.

  2. Lost Access to Original Email Address

    • Create a new FotoShare account with the new email address.

    • In LumaBooth, navigate to Account > Sign out and log in using the new account email. Apple App Store subscriptions automatically attach to the new FotoShare.co account. If retaining the original account email is necessary, recovering access to the lost email becomes essential as password resets are directed to it.

  • View Activations and deactivate computers not in use

  • Add or change number of devices

  • View invoices

  • Payment Method - Update Card

  • Manage SMS Balance & refill settings.- Note: Subscriptions are non-transferrable between accounts. Instead, let the current subscription lapse and renew it under the desired account.

  • If the email associated with your account includes a mistake, consider canceling the subscription linked to the typo account. Then proceed to manage the subscription under the correct email. This ensures proper account alignment. Accounts on the Apple App Store may transfer subscriptions when logged into the new account. When switching devices, deactivate the subscription on the old device through your FotoShare.co account to ensure smooth reactivation on the new one.

LumaBooth for iPhone, iPad, Mac

  • Cancel direct billing subscriptions

  • View invoices

  • Add or change number of devices

  • Payment Method - Update Card If switching devices, sign in to FotoShare.co, deactivate the old device, and confirm the deactivation before accessing your account on a new device.

  • In cases where you need to update your account email due to access issues, create a new email account, deactivate the device on your old account at FotoShare.co, and log in using the updated email to restore device access.

LumaShare for iPhone, iPad, Mac

  • Payment Method - Update Card Be sure to properly deactivate the subscription on an old device via FotoShare.co to streamline reactivation on a new device.

  • Like with LumaBooth, if updating your FotoShare account email, ensure your device is deactivated under the old account email before logging in with the new account email.
