Subscription Options

You can start with our free trial to test all features of the app. During the free trial, all prints, and videos are permanently watermarked. You'll need a subscription to use the app for a real event.

Direct Subscription (recommended and cheaper)

You can subscribe through fotoShare Cloud (Subscriptions > LumaBooth > Subscribe). You can update your subscription and choose the number of iPads you will be using LumaBooth on. Your base subscription allows you to use LumaBooth on up to 2 iPads. There's an additional fee for each additional iPad.

Apple App Store Subscription

To purchase a subscription through the App Store, you can do so under Settings, Account, Register/Login, then click on Buy Subscription. If you purchase through the App Store, your subscription is tied to your Apple App Store account that is currently logged in on the iPad. With an App Store subscription, the subscription can be used on up to 2 iPads. If you wish to add additional iPads, you will need a to get a Direct Subscription instead.

Add/Deactivate Devices

You can easily add add/remove devices from your subscription at anytime instead through fotoShare Cloud > LumaBooth > Devices tab.

Restore Subscription to Another iPad

  • If you subscribed through fotoShare Cloud site, make sure you are logged into LumaBooth with the same LumaBooth/fotoShare Cloud login.

  • If you purchased through the App Store, your subscription is tied to your Apple App Store account that is currently logged in on the iPad. On the second iPad, make sure you are logged in to the Apple App Store with the same Apple ID then you can go to restore purchases in LumaBooth.
