Restore Apple App Store Subscription

If you sign up through the Apple App Store and not fotoShare.co, make sure that the device you are using is logged in to the App Store using the same Apple account you used to purchase the subscription. Before proceeding, confirm that your Apple ID indicates the subscription is active within the App Store. This verification ensures that the issue isn't originating from the Apple account itself.

For instance, if you purchased your subscription with an Apple ID, ensure that the same Apple ID is logged in on the device to avoid recognition issues.

To restore your subscription on the same device after a reinstall or on a different device, go to Settings, Account, and Restore Subscription. Alternatively, if the restore method does not work, uninstall the LumaBooth app and reinstall it from the App Store. Ensure you log back in with the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription.

Restart your device to refresh system settings, then reopen the app and sign in using the correct account details. This step helps clear any lingering glitches. If issues persist, you might also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to re-establish the connection between your account and the subscription.
