Multiple Templates for Same Event - Guest Chooses

LumaBooth allows you to add multiple templates to a single event so guests can choose their favorite layout after taking their photos.

This is a great way to offer different designs, branding styles, or print formats during the same event.


Adding Multiple Templates

  1. Open your event in LumaBooth Windows

  2. Go to Settings β†’ Photo Layout

  3. Click Add Layout

From here, you can add templates using different sources:

  • Dashboard preset layouts

  • Upload from computer

  • Recently uploaded layouts

  • Customized templates

You can repeat this process to add as many templates as you would like guests to choose from.


Removing a Template

If you no longer want to use a template in the event:

  • Simply delete the layout from the event

This only removes it from the current event and does not permanently delete the template file.


Reusing Templates in Other Events

If you would like to use the same template again for another event:

  • Go to Recent Layouts

  • Select the previously used template

This makes it easy to quickly reuse popular or branded designs across multiple events.


How Guests Choose a Template

After adding multiple templates:

  1. Launch the event

  2. Guests take their photos as usual

  3. After the session is completed, guests will be shown the available templates

  4. They can then choose their preferred layout before printing or sharing

This feature creates a more interactive experience and gives guests flexibility to select the design they like most.


Tips

  • Test all templates before the event to ensure they display correctly

  • Use templates with similar aspect ratios for the best experience

  • Make sure all overlays, logos, and backgrounds are properly aligned in each layout
