6. Test the Printer Connection

  • Within LumaBooth's printing settings, tap Print Test Image to verify the connection and confirm that the printer is functioning correctly.

Additional Tips

  • Keep the DNP WCM Plus firmware updated to avoid freezing issues during print jobs. Check for updates regularly on the DNP website.

  • If the printing freezes when sending multiple photos, restart the printer, WCM Plus, and the iPad before attempting to print again.

  • For optimal performance, ensure that both your iPad and the WCM Plus are connected to the same network.

  • The DNP WCM Plus will stop printing if it overheats. Ensure adequate ventilation for the device. If printer stops printing and the iPad/iPhone are still connected to the DNP's WiFi network, you might need to restart the DNP WCM Plus, reconnect the iPad/iPhone device to its network to resume printing.

  • If you encounter issues, consult the WCM Plus user manual or visit the DNP support page for troubleshooting guidance.

  • Restart all devices (WCM Plus, printer, and iPad) if printing fails to start. Ensure the iPad is connected to the WCM Plus Wi-Fi network.

  • In LumaBooth, select the printer under "Other printers" rather than "Recent," and match LumaBooth's layout paper size to the printer settings.
