Answers from dslrBooth's Survey feature will be processed into an Excel CSV file. However, if the survey responses are answered in a language other than English the excel software is unable to process the language effectively.
Upon opening the CSV file in excel, please follow these steps:

This will allow the answers to appear in the correct language.
