Troubleshooting Facebook Pages

If you have issues with the automatic posting to facebook pages, try the following:

  • Go to Facebook, Settings, Business Integrations
  • Go to fotoShare, Click on View and edit

  • Select all your pages. Press Save.

If you still have issues, you can try to remove fotoShare business integration.

  • Go to Facebook, Settings, Business Integrations
  • Go to fotoShare, Select fotoShare, then Remove

  • In dslrBooth, go to Settings, Sharing, Facebook Pages
    • Press Logout
    • Press Login in and select a page to share to.
    • Choose an Album.

    Don't allow me to create a new album from app.For Facebook share.

    I have the same problem like Tacu Nicusor. I can't select an album, I have created a facebook album on my page, but on dslrbooth software, the album doesn't appear. Please provide us with some help! Thanks!

    Hello to everyone, I have found a solution. You need to have an active subscription to the software so you can have the full acces to all the futures, and second I have created another Facebook page where to post the pictures in albums with the same name as my old page.
    Looks like there's a problem from Facebook, they have blocked something with the future updates, or your page/profile had some isues from the view of Facebook.
    Hope this helps you all with this problem.

    1. dslrBooth Full Subscription Required
    2. [Create a new "business page" under current Facebook page]?
    3. [Create a new album under this new business page]?
    4. [Delete old connections of fotoshare on FB]?
    5. [Add new connection to FB under dslrBooth]?

    Or

    1. dslrBooth Full Subscription Required
    2. [Create a new Facebook account]?
    3. [Create new "business page" under new Facebook account]?
    4. [Create a new album under this new business page]?
    5. [Delete old connections of fotoshare on FB]?
    6. [Add new connection to FB under dslrBooth]?

    Actually, I tried another third-party software and was able to pull the pages and all the albums from each page with the current FB settings I already have...It is definitely a dslrBooth software issue not FB.
