Managing data securely is a crucial part of using LumaBooth and FotoShare Cloud. However, it's important to note that once files are deleted, recovery options within the Lumasoft ecosystem are highly limited or nonexistent.

If a file has been deleted from your device’s gallery (e.g., the Apple Photos app) and was not previously uploaded to FotoShare Cloud, it cannot be recovered by LumaBooth. This limitation applies even if the file existed in the gallery before deletion. Always ensure critical files are uploaded to FotoShare Cloud or backed up separately to safeguard against accidental deletion.

Similarly, photos that are deleted directly within FotoShare Cloud are non-recoverable by Lumasoft support. If recovery is possible, it would depend on the actions taken by the photo booth operator before the deletion, such as creating local backups or maintaining archives. It is the responsibility of the operator to have additional safeguarding measures in place, as these actions are beyond Lumasoft’s control.

LumaBooth and FotoShare Cloud do not support the recovery of deleted files. Thus, users and operators must adopt proactive measures such as consistent backups and careful file management to prevent data loss.
