If you’re using LumaBooth with a 360 booth, you can start recording once the arm begins spinning. With this new update, we added automatic configuration of the sensitivity. Simply, tap Configure Sensitivity, start spinning the 360 arm and LumaBooth will learn the rotation speed. Next time, the app will automatically start recording when the arm starts spinning.
It is important to note that LumaBooth does not control the hardware of the 360 video booths. Specifically, it cannot start the motion of the 360 arm or adjust its speed. Users need to operate the booth hardware independently and configure LumaBooth to trigger recording based on the motion of the arm for proper synchronization.
You can enable this feature under Settings > Capture Settings > 360/Slow-mo > Configure Sensitivity. Once set, 360 video sessions will start as the tablet moves, perfect for 360 booths.
Additionally, LumaBooth does not support GoPro cameras for 360 captures. Users who wish to use GoPro cameras need to rely on the dslrBooth software, which is compatible with Windows devices and supports this integration.
