If Canon EOS Utility is installed on your computer, make sure it is not running when starting dslrBooth. Canon EOS Utility will cause dslrBooth to crash upon start up, whether the camera is connected or not.
We recommend turning off any other apps that can use the camera while dslrBooth is running as it can cause issues with the camera.
