If Canon EOS Utility is installed on your computer, make sure it is not running when starting LumaBooth for Windows (dslrBooth).
Canon EOS Utility will cause LumaBooth for Windows (dslrBooth) to crash upon start up, whether the camera is connected or not.
We recommend turning off any other apps that can use the camera while LumaBooth for Windows (dslrBooth) is running as it can cause issues with the camera.
