Custom Filters with LUTs

In addition to the built-in filters, dslrBooth for Windows allows you to create your own filters and apply them to photos, GIFs, boomerangs and videos. This allows you to give a custom look for your events.

Custom filters use common format called LUTs that can be created in Adobe Photoshop, or Davinci Resolve. LUTs can be exported to a 3D LUT *.cube format from those applications and imported into dslrBooth under Settings, Filters. Guests will be able to choose from the filters selected or set filters to automatically be applied. Filters are applied to all sessions types and filter selection will be available before sessions start.

LUTs are great for changing colors, brightness, and contrast. If you're looking for something more complex, the post processing feature is a better choice.

Note: It is very important that you do not change files in AppData\Roaming\dslrBooth folders. Doing so will have severe consequences to the way the application works.
