Canon EOS Utility

If Canon EOS Utility is installed on your computer, make sure it is not running when starting dslrBooth. Canon EOS Utility will cause dslrBooth to crash upon start up, whether the camera is connected or not.

We recommend turning off any other apps that can use the camera while dslrBooth is running as it can cause issues with the camera.

I used the app for the first time yesterday. i tested at home and worked fine. during event, app kept locking up. restarted mac, unplugged all cables and worked once. then it locked up again and again. not happy!
