Of course, if you enter the "Settings" option then in the "General" tab you will find the counter of all the actions you will also find a button called "view shares" press it and you will open the windows explorer and you will see a "csv" named "dslrBooth_Shares.csv" there is all the information.

I was able to get support from the DSLR team and resolve this. There is a limitation of 4000 characters allows in the e-mail HTML script. All you need to do is reduce the number of characters (by condensing your headers, etc) and it should work!

Thanks Samar, I talked to support and got the same response.  Sounds like an update is coming soon to increase the limit.  We gutted our code and it worked just fine.

    Ashley,

Our problem was 100% the email character limit.  To get around this problem, we started with using an html mini-fier like this, https://kangax.github.io/html-minifier/.  Then we went through and removed as much of the html and inline css as we could without messing up the look.  Hopefully this helps, we were able to get our 40k characters done to below the limit, but it took a bit of doing.

I think my question is where on the application do you make these changes to the html?

    Ashley,

If you didn't write your own email in HTML then this may not be your problem.  If you had made a custom email you would have put it in the email section of the sharing tab. I think, it's not in front of me right now.

I would reach out to tech support.  If the issue isn't custom e-mails I may not be the best help.

Is it possible to send an html email of the individual image with social icons and customized text.

When I use {share_icons} i don't see a way to customize the text.
If I build an a href, {fotoshare_url} links to the gallery and not the individual image.

    Possible?

Is it possible to use your own mailserver? This worked for earlier versions.

Again, is it possible to add the picture as an attachment? Or at least put in a "download-button" that directs to the {embed-image-url} and downloiads it? Is that event possible with CID-embedded images?

    Hi,

is it possible to use another cloud instead of Fotoshare ? I pay for a cloud specially for weeding pictures (jingoo).

If not, what is the way to only show the picture in the mail, (without link to the full gallery).

    Thanks

@Phil Lewin, there's no need for an email client on Windows. dslrBooth handles sending the e-mails.

Hi. Even if i change the original mail (no-reply@mail.fotoshare.co) for mine, I receive always the original one. Impossible to change the e-mail sender. Is this bug from the new update? Thanks.

Hey Team, please can I get answers to these questions this week:

    1. Is there a way to automatically include the original photos in the email rather than having to click through each one and email one at a time (not worth the process)
    2. If 1. is not possible. Is there a way for the QR code it include the print & original photos in link or even just the original photos. But the gallery is private so clients don't see all the other event photos. The QR code must have all the photos from session in one page.

In this day and age, people want the original photos (large), rather than the prints (3 or 4 photos). They want to put them on their socials. Please can you add some way for the sharing of these to be seamless.

This is specifically for a public access booth, therefore each session needs to stay private. But it is still important for our private event photo booths to make the sharing seamless.

    Regards,

    Brian

    @Michael

I use LumaShare for my private event booths. It works great but I have the same opinion as above. Why must the clients have to tick each photo in their session. Rather let them just send all of them at the click of a button.

When it comes to a Public Booth LumaShare is not usable because the previous sessions stay on and are accessible. I need them to disappear, hence why I am trying to do it through the Mac app.

Currently looking into other software, from what I can see above there is little effort being made after all the questions.
