How many computers/devices can I use dslrBooth on?

Your first subscription includes your first computer plus a bonus computer. You can add additional subscriptions (computers) to this at fotoShare Cloud > Subscriptions > dslrBooth > Update plan.

Windows updates can cause a computer to appear as a new device. To fix activation issues, deactivate ALL existing computers in fotoShare.co.

If you need to deactivate the license on a computer, you can do so at fotoshare.co > Subscriptions > Activations. After deactivating, you can activate the license on any computer.

    Does one license work for either Windows or Mac, or does one licence only work on the one I buy?

    I have the same question as Matt. I want to purchase your software but I want to be able to use it on my mac or my PC when it necessary. Not simultaneously, I just need to ba able to switch when i need to. Is this possible, or when I buy the software does it only work on PC or Mac but not both? Thank you

    You can do that by uninstalling on Mac and installing on PC or backwards.

    I have a Windows laptop and am considering upgrading to a Mac. I have subscribed to the Windows standard edition of DSLRBooth. Will I need a new subscription when I upgrade to Mac or will I be able to use the same serial key? Is there anyway I can use the same edition?

    Will this app work on an I-Pad?  and can we add various logo's to the image?

    On the iPad, you can use our LumaBooth app which has different licensing.

    Surface Pro is saying I have Exceeded License Activations.  I only have it on 2 computers and the surface pro is 1 of them, it even shows that when I look online to see activations. I have uninstalled and it still is saying that and will not let me recheck the license on my surface pro. What do I need to do at this point?

    How does the installation on 2 computers work?

    If I install the license on two separate computers, does that mean I can have run two separate events at the same time?

    MB, yes. You can use one license on two computers.

    hallo, have upgrade 3 computer lisence, but the serial number still only can be use at 2 computer. how can i fix it. thank you

    Hallo, Ich habe in meiner Fotobox einen Windows PC verbaut, nutze ansonsten aber ein MacBook. Kann ich die Software gleichzeitig auf beiden Geräten installieren um am MacBook die Templates zu erstellen und diese dann lediglich auf dem Windows PC zu importieren?
    Vielen Dank im Voraus.

    Hola, he pagado la renovación pero las maquinas no se actualizan. Sale el mensaje de que actualice el sistema. NO entiendo que pasa.
