If you find that your SMS was not sent out, the first thing to check is to go to Settings, Sharing Status. If the number of pending SMS is greater than zero, leave the app running while connected to the internet and the pending messages will send. The speed of sending depends on how fast your internet connection is. Once everything shows as sent, your guests will get the SMS messages.
In the rare chance that a specific SMS message did not send out, click on SMS line under Sharing Status and it'll show you additional information and possible errors.
If there are no errors, the message shows sent and your or your guests did not receive it, take a screenshot and share it with our support team support@lumasoft.co with a note on which phone number did not receive your message.
