The speed of sending depends on how fast your internet connection is. Your photo or video first need to upload to fotoShare Cloud then your SMS message is sent to your guest's phone number.
If you find that your your pending uploads were not sent out, there are a few things you can do:
- Update to the latest version. Go to the App Store, Search for LumaBooth, Tap on Update button. If you only see Open then you have the latest version.
- Connect to the internet and run LumaBooth.
- Go to Settings, Sharing Status, Uploads. If the number of pending uploads is greater than zero, leave the app running while connected to the internet and the pending messages will send.
- Wait 30 minutes.
In the rare chance that a specific SMS message did not send out, click on SMS line under Sharing Status and it'll show you additional information and possible errors. A common issue is that your Country Code is not correctly entered under Settings, Country Code.
If there are no errors, the message shows sent and your or your guests did not receive it, take a screenshot and share it with our support team firstname.lastname@example.org with a note on which phone number did not receive your message and your LumaBooth account email.
