How to Open a Support Ticket

Need help with your Luma Booth account? Follow the steps below to submit a support ticket through the in-app chat widget.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Log in to your dashboard
    Open your browser and go to dash.lumabooth.com, then sign in with your Luma Booth account credentials.

  2. Open the chat widget
    Once you're signed in, click the chat widget β€” you'll be greeted by Luma, our support assistant.

  3. Select "Ask a Question"
    From the available options in the chat, choose Ask a Question to begin your support request.

  4. Choose "Submit Support Ticket"

    Select the Submit Support Ticket option to start the ticket process. You'll be guided through a short form to describe your issue so our team can help as quickly as possible.
