You can view and download invoices for your active or past subscriptions directly from your FotoShare account.
Invoices are generated and marked as paid only after successful payment processing. If your payment is still processing or has failed, the invoice will not appear as paid in your account. Ensure that your payment method is valid and up-to-date to avoid delays in invoice availability.
To access your invoices:
Go to FotoShare.co and sign in with the same email and password you used for your purchase.
Click Subscriptions on the left side menu.
Select the software subscription you’d like to view (for example, dslrBooth, LumaBooth, or LumaShare).
Open the Billing tab.
Under Invoice History, you’ll see a list of all your invoices.
Click View or Download to save a copy of your invoice.
Note: Make sure you’re logged in with the same email address used when purchasing your subscription, otherwise your invoices will not appear.
If your payment method is invalid or your payment is still processing, your invoice may not appear. Additionally, if you have updated your billing details, allow some time for the system to reflect these changes in your invoice. For persistent issues, contact customer support for assistance.
