Support through remote session

Support through a remote session can be done easily with the help of our support team.

AnyDesk Support

Our support team may request a remote session using AnyDesk to help diagnose or resolve technical issues.
AnyDesk allows us to view your screen and guide you through troubleshooting steps, only with your permission.

Step 1: Download AnyDesk

  1. Click Download Now under Windows.

  2. Once the file is downloaded, open it.

    • You can either Run AnyDesk directly (no installation needed)

    • Or choose Install AnyDesk on this computer if you want to keep it for future sessions.

Step 2: Open AnyDesk

After launching AnyDesk, you’ll see a window with a 9-digit code labeled “Your Address.”
This is your unique connection ID.

Step 3: Share Your AnyDesk Address with Support

When requested by our support team:

  1. Provide your AnyDesk Address (the 9-digit code).

  2. The support agent will use this to request a connection to your computer.

Step 4: Accept the Connection Request

  1. A pop-up will appear on your screen when the agent tries to connect.

  2. Click Accept to allow the session.

  3. You remain in full control at all times. You can end the session by clicking Disconnect at the top of the window.
